Months of planning, preparations, meetings, service projects, team building, and prayer all came together today as we started our first day of our Mexican adventure. Thursday evening we met at SeaTac Airport, prayed for the team and flew our way to San Diego. When we arrived we were greeted by some of the Hope Chapel Rosarito missionaries. We drove across the border and made our way to our rental homes. It was around 1:30 by the time we got settled in and the students were able to catch up on some much needed sleep.
Tomorrow, Friday, is our first full day down in Mexico. Keep us in your prayers and keep an eye out for more updates.
